Kirsten Dreher, MA Economics and Ethnology

My strength is the production!!! I started my film career traditionally as a career changer with a degree in economics and ethnology as a production coordinator. For more than 10 years I worked as a production coordinator for large German film projects at home and abroad. At T.L.F.S. I took over the project management for various service productions in the fiction area in 2010. Since 2016 we have been taking a new direction with the task: How can we support YouTubers/Creators so that your contributions, films and vloggs get a new level of quality in cinematic terms. The mutual learning and understanding of needs resulted in workshops, collaborations and lots of films. In 2017 I became managing director of T.L.F.S. and our main focus was the management of the YouTube Space Berlin with a focus on supporting the studio on the production, event and technology side and staffing with experienced staff on the freelancer and employee level. Due to the external circumstances of the corona pandemic, we have been digital in many places since 2020. We offer recordings of digital events, live streams and digital workshops. In 2020 the idea of ​​the digital production office was born. We support structured processes such as Contract management parallel to ongoing production. This shortens work processes as a whole and saves resources. 2021 was the year under the sign of #LernenMitTikTok, which we supported with great pleasure .

Manuela Kugler, Dipl.-Ing. Architecture

as a studied architect, she has always been fascinated by the symbiosis of art and organization. Good nerves, networked thinking and the merging of creative and organizational requirements are among her outstanding strengths. The interdisciplinary work at international events and large companies gave her an insight into many different areas of work in film and media productions, including post-production. With a little detour via set design, she worked for several years as a 1. AD for various cinema and television productions. In her more than 10-year employment at the Berlin International Film Festival, or “Berlinale” for short, she was responsible for coordinating the entire right of way for the red carpets as well as the entire traffic management. In addition, she developed collaborations for various publishers. In 2020 she was the production manager responsible for TLFS service production for the YouTube Space Berlin. As a creative counterbalance to the extensive organizational challenges of recent years, she also realizes scripts for various television formats. In 2021, her focus was on the supervision and digital implementation of the #LernenMitTikTok Programm.
Theo Leipert, Degree in Business Administration
with a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School with stays in London and Paris and Germany and with a master degree in audiovisual management from Media Business School Madrid Theo has been working in the German film industry for more than 20 years.
He has been involved in many different kinds of audiovisual projects (TV, commercials, feature films) and big events in many different positions as 1st AD, unit production manager, producer and event manager. For the Berlin Film Festival he managed the main cinema "Berlinale Palast" coordinating all the world premieres running in the official program. In 10 years he has been in charge of the smooth conduct of more than 260 world premieres.
Theo speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
With T.L.F.S he and a crew of selected and experienced free-lancers have been servicing international projects on a larger scale since 2008 covering locations all over Germany.
T.L.F.S has bases in Berlin and Coburg (Bavaria).
